Car was also displaying a "Service Engine Soon" fault light, which led to some emission system repairs: a faulty relay was replaced, and an O2 sensor. As usual, they did a very through diagnostic job complete with photos and descriptions of corrective actions. Dave and his crew are excellent mechanics who know what they are doing, and they always take the time to explain issues and corrective actions. I highly recommend them! This shop has serviced vehicles owned by three members of my family for the past 16 years. They inspired my son to become a professional BMW mechanic (he now teaches auto mechanics) and his goal of owning his own shop someday. They are the ultimate professionals who take good care of your vehicle as well as being masterful communicators of what issues they encounter and potential solutions. If you can't get all the work done at once they triage the problems for you so that you can address them when you are able. No matter how far I live from their shop they will continue to be the first ones I call to take care of my 20 years old BMW. Great shop, great employees, great customer service.

I would not hesitate to recommend Eastside Bavarian. I had them do diagnostic work for my 2005 Mini Cooper and they were very thorough in their write-ups and recommendations, and extremely honest in their pricing and business practices. It’s very obvious that customer service is a priority for them - I worked with Ken in particular, and he was so kind and helpful!
